Once you have decided you like what we do, and how we communicate, the next step is connecting you with our team to assist in the design phase, as well as providing a general timeline and budget so that you can properly prepare your finances and your future with your family.

Once the design is complete, we help with city submission and provide follow ups with the city to construction start. At this stage, we come together and finalize construction cost with you based on the design prior to construction.
